“We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Roissy and highly recommend this hotel.”
+The room for family of 5 was exceptional, very clean and spacious. Staff are highly responsive, very helpful in getting us taxi and highly accommodating in storing our luggages. Very accessible to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and to everything. The food is very good especially the breakfast. Wifi has great connections.

“Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble.”
+Très bien situé, à quelques pas du sanctuaire. Lit très spacieux et confortable. Chambre agréable avec balcon. Restaurant dans l'hôtel très pratique et très bon.
−Accueil un peu froid. Pas de parking prévu avec la chambre. Le parking payant de l'hôtel était plein, rien n'avait était proposé à la réservation. Parking payant dans la rue, heureusement qu'on était en basse saison. Attention! Prévoir 20€ par jour de parking.

“Great No Frills Hotel for a Short Stay”
+The location was central, very near the gate of the Sanctuary. Our unit had a balcony which was great for reflection and meditation.
−My main problem was there was no airconditioning. It was so warm that we had to leave the balcony door open to let cool air in. As we checked out, we learned that they were controlling air conditioning because it was October and it was getting cooler. Front desk staff was always busy. I do not blame them as there were busses loaded with pilgrims checking in.

+La habitación era muy pequeña, no coincide con la foto. Se escuchaba todo de la habitación de arriba, el agua salía tibia, no caliente, y la en la habitación hacía frío, quise poner la calefacción pero no funcionaba. Dicen que tienen estacionamiento, pero al llegar me informaron que no tenían lugar. Los ascensores debías esperarlos largo rato no es un hotel 4 estrellas.
−No es un hotel 4 estrellas, la habitación súper pequeña y poco confortable.

+The location was excellent, just 100 metres from the Lourdes Church, in a very vibrant and lively area. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
