“The property felt very worn and old.”
+The location is close to town
−Back door to hotel not secured (electronic lock removed). Towels were tattered. Tiles and tub in bathroom cracked/very worn. Tv would not connect. Ice machine in 3rd floor removed.

“It was exceptional in cleanliness, help from front desk, & comfortable bed”
+I stated the price didn’t meet my expectations because I did not expect the all the greatness that we got at that price. I had trouble with how cold the room was and even turning off the AC and turning up the heat I was cold. I asked at the front desk if they had any blankets. The woman there was only filling in BUT she was wonderful. She went looking for a blanket and found one for me. Then we had trouble with our TV and the remote not working and being tired we decided to just go to sleep BUT we could not get the TV to shut off. Once again the lady at the front desk came and was able to turn it off by hitting the “on” button, the “off” button was not working. She was so pleasant and so very helpful.
−I don’t know if the TV remote just needed new batteries or what. We were in room 105. And I think even though it was extremely hot outside the rooms need to be kept at a more tepid temperature for clients to then set them as they prefer.
−Nothing

“Nice hotel, great location”
+Nice hotel and pool. Great location
−Housekeeping does not clean your room very often
−I was there over the weekend of RocklOklahoma, so the prices were over the moon. Saturday night cost me $150 more than Sunday night for the very same room. so I don’t think it’s fair that you price gouged me.

“Needs tlc”
+It was next to Walmart. That was convenient.
−I don't like to post things that aren't positive, but some things need to be addressed. Number one, the gentleman at the desk cut me off when I was giving him my name. He wanted my ID. Ok, bad day, busy day, I can overlook that. What I cannot overlook is the fridge in my suite was disgusting. I couldn't use it. The little coffee pot still had a bag of coffee in it from God only knows when, but it wasn't from me. The counter by the sink in the kitchenette look like someone had spilled something. I cleaned it up. Why? Because after driving for 5 hours, I was too tired to deal with the man at the front desk. Number two, the table in the hall right outside the elevator looked like someone had spilled something on it. Dark brown that is different from the rest of the piece. Seeing that when you exit the elevator onto your floor (3rd) is not a good thing. It leads people to think you either don't care about appearance, cleanliness, or you haven't been notified that housekeeping is slacking. Either way, you guys need to make sure housekeeping is doing their job. Also, I had 2 towels that were threadbare. So much so that I would have thrown them out quite a while ago. Now, the bed. The mat
“Clean and very welcoming”
