+The location was close to everything and very convenient to be in the center of all shops and restaurants
−The room was extremely small. There were two of us with two luggages and had no room to walk around. We had to step over our luggage. Felt very claustrophobic. The air wasn't that great. It was a window air conditioner and it got really warm in the room. It was hard to cool and was very loud. Couldn't sleep at night with it being so loud. There is no elevator, so me and my daughter had to go down a flight of stairs with heavy luggage. No help was provided. Staff is not friendly. Definitely not worth the money we paid, was overpriced for such a small room. Was very disappointed.

+Hotel Pippa is always a go-to when visiting the island for work. It's always very clean, location couldn't be more convenient and the staff is always great. Shout out to Heather who always makes our stay when we see her. Everyone is so welcoming.
