“Exceptional”
+Visited Hotel Pak Continental Multan twice in a week and both the time had a very pleasant experience. Their staff is extremely professional. Due to our second visit they gave us complementary water and tea. Cleanliness 10/10 Professionalism 10/10 Definitely visiting every time I visit Multan.

“Worst experience ever”

−I'm extremely disappointed with the manager's behavior. Despite having a confirmed online booking and receiving an email confirmation, he refused to accommodate me, citing an auto-booking system issue. I find it unacceptable that your hotel would collect taxes and yet not honor the booking. It seems like a case of deception, and I request immediate attention to this matter.
