+Très bien localisé proche Colisée Les chambres la chambre était petite mais bien équipée Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle Très propre
−Pas d’eau chaude ! Trois soir dans la semaine où nous avons séjourné eau à peine tiède voir froide Nous l’avons signalé à plusieurs reprises Le personnel nous a donné comme raison un problème temporaire ( problème technique ??) mais ça ressemblait franchement à une trop faible capacité du chauffe eau Pas vital bien sûr mais ça nous a un peu gâché le séjour

“The price for a one night stay was rather high in our opinion. We were there in mid-to late October.”
+It was a very nice room with comfortable sheets and a heavier than usual blanket which was nice. We liked the complimentary coffee and bath robe/slippers. It was quiet even though we were next to the busy street. We enjoyed having a small balcony.
−We weren't crazy about the multi-level room (step down to bedroom, step up to bathroom). My husband has a disability and having to be wary of multiple steps wasn't the best. The other thing we weren't crazy about (but understand the need for it) was the "nightlight" on the step to the bathroom which kept us from having a darkened room to sleep.

“Unacceptable hygiene standards for the price”
+The location is excellent, literally a 2-minute walk from the Colosseum, and the staff is polite.
−Unfortunately, right from the start, when we removed the bedspread, we saw a dirty duvet. It wasn't even inside a duvet cover, but was just thrown on top, allowing everyone to touch it and roll all over it. Consequently, it was dirty,and I would say unacceptably dirty for any hotel... I can't believe that for the price they charge guests, they can't even afford a duvet cover?! On the first night, we froze because the air conditioner wasn't working on heating mode either, and in the morning, there was no hot water... Feeling completely frustrated and freezing cold, we complained at the reception in the morning. After that, we didn't have these issues for the rest of our stay, but nevertheless, I find this absurd given the price a guest pays

+Hotel reformado, em ótima localização. Quarto de bom tamanho e muito confortável. Se vc não se importa de não ter recepção 24h nem café da manhã no hotel, é uma ótima opção.

“Great stay in Monti for a night (or longer) with Super-helpful staff”
+Great location in the heart of Monti, easy walk from Termini and easier metro trip for an early train to the airport. In an old building with a magical old elevator, but totally modern room, with its own mini fridge, plus a shared area with espresso maker, great before that all too early departure. Lisa checked us in and gave us a helpful tour of the facilities. She was also incredibly helpful with info on early morning coffee shops and the shortcut to the metro. She also got us set up with a great evening dinner reservation nearby

+Hotel pequeno, em excelente localização, todo reformado. Quarto de bom tamanho, muito confortável. Se vc não se importa de não ter recepção 24h e café da manhã no hotel, essa é uma ótima escolha.
−O elevador é pequeno, tem que subir só 2 pessoas por vez e os quartos são no 5º andar.

“Great location”
+Great location close to Colosseum. The rooms are newly renovated. A little bit pricey but nice location. Nice and clean and plus bonus microwave in the common area.

“If you’re going to stay in Rome and want easy access to everything then this is a great place to start”
+location to historic sites and restaurants was excellent. Looking out the windows to the busy streets below was great
