+Central location and easy to find
−WiFi password in the booklet was wrong and correct password was on the reception desk. Reception should have pointed it out on checking in
“Poor WIFI”
+Location was good, breakfast had wide selection.
−WIFI was the worst of 20 hotels in last 30days. Very inconsistent with low speed. Desk clerk not well trained, just said there was nothing he could do, it was the weekend and the technician was not available. Tried to explain the WIFI situation. I said I was not interested, solve my problem. Lighting in the room was not adequate. Light bulbs missing or not working.

“Nicht ansprechend”
+Die Lage war ganz passabel, wobei es zur berühmten Brücke auch ein Fußweg von 20 Minuten war.
−Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass das Zimmer sehr klein war und die Ausstattung (Schrank, Bett und balkonmöbel) als und defekt. Der Höhepunkt war das Personal beim Frühstück und das Frühstück selbst. Die alten Kellner lustlos und unfreundlich und das Buffet unorganisiert. Kaffee aus dem Automaten, Spiegeleier zu Hauff schon fertig gebraten, gekochte Eier kalt und blau gekocht.
