−Banheiro fora do quarto e fedendo muito! Muito barulho de portas batendo, funcionário da limpeza abre sua porta de manhã sem respeito algum, estávamos dormindo ainda, mesmo colocando a tag na porta para não perturbar!

+Fantastic location. Easy walk from Marienplatz station. Friendly welcome. No lift and spiral staircase, which I was prepared for, but a lovely chap whizzed my luggage upstairs while I was checking in. Close to Hoffbrauhouse. She's an old girl a little knocked about but plenty of character and everything works. I had a great sleep. There's a funky bar downstairs which i didn't take advantage of but looks cool. It was a Monday night so pretty quiet.
−Only 1 pillow but it was reasonable. View was of courtyard lightwell but it was quiet.

−The bathroom was outdated and appeared not to have been cleaned properly for some time. Overall, the room and bathroom gave the impression that the hotel had not been thoroughly cleaned for a while, possibly since Oktoberfest. My room also faced the back of the building, where there was considerable noise and an unpleasant smell, possibly from cooking or other kitchen activities. This made the stay uncomfortable and affected my ability to relax.

−camera molto rumorosa perchè c'è un pub al piano terra con musica forte fino alle 2 di notte, camera sporca, odori nelle scale. non consiglio

+Das Personal ist wirklich sehr sehr nett.
−Es hat sehr nach Räucherstäbchen gerochen. Zimmer für 140€ mit Toilette am Flur war nicht optimal. Leider sind bei dem Hotel und Booking.com Betrüger am Werk, die über WhatsApp Reservierungsbestätigungen verlangen. Es sind wohl einige Gäste darauf hereingefallen - inkl. mir 🤬
