+Big room, great location. Very good breakfast
−Is quite noisy as there is a bar downstairs. Not a problem if you have ear plugs

+The hotel is very well located right in the centre of Shkoder, serves a copious and delicious breakfast and the whole staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
−The noise and music in the evening made it hard to sleep. We had to close the windows and put in earplugs, yet could still hear it very loudly. The pillows and mattresses were also quite tough.

“Wrong listing”
+Understand their mistakes and were willing to waive the booking.
−Paid for 3 beds as clearly stated in the booking. Arrived to find 2 beds, after some back and forth with the barman/receptionist the owners mother came and made the sofa that was in the room, told us it's the bed. Change the room description accordingly Customers, beware

“Great location and value for money. But poor customer service and not very comfortable stay”
+Great location perfect for bars/restaurants Check in experience great day staff super helpful
−Evening staff were very rude and felt an inconvenience to them both times we stayed not treated like paying guests. Had gone down to get water (none in the room) and then went down a second time later on to ask about lost property. Was made to wait for considerable period and then was met with frustration “you’ve been down here 5 times why you not ask before” and just complete dismissal to ask cleaning staff in the morning. Considering we chose to pay and eat at their restaurant earlier would expect much better customer service very disappointed. At dinner staff were not attentive at all just left there. Noise on street is also very loud so if a good night sleep is important to you would avoid

“EXPERIENCIA INMEJORABLE”
