+Hotel had some great lounging spaces and the games room was cool.
−Of all the hotels we stayed at we found the staff here the least friendly

Me encantó!
−Nada todo en el hotel está perfecto!
“Highly recommend”
+The staff were friendly and genuinely cared about being helpful. The hotel has a modern scandinavian decor that was cozy and comfortable. Exceptionally clean throughout. Happy hour drink, Pink Lady was divine! Bar tender was so sweet and skilled.
−There’s not an area close to the entrance to load/unload luggage and I didn’t see a handicap accessible ramp so rolling luggage up and down and over the curb was a bit difficult.

“Disappointing - didn't meet with expectation, not value for money”
+Hot drink provision in room were good. Welcome treat waiting in room.
−Room was small, no ironing facilities in room or hotel. Breakfast quality of hot buffet wasn't great and the coffee machine was broken.
