“Adequate business hotel”
+This is a large business hotel, without much charm but functional.
−There were many strange buzzing sounds in my room, and the window looked out at machinery, not the glorious foliage of Ithaca.

“Good location, easy parking in a downtown area, friendly staff, clean rooms.”
+The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The location was convenient for what we had planned - lots to walk to.
−I think the value for what we paid wasn't quite there. It was a high price for a bare room. Our room did not have a sofa or a chair other than the desk chair, but I believe the Hotel was in the midst of replacing furniture.

“Disappointing. Never going back to this hotel.”
−The room was not clean. Bed sheet and pillows were used and had hair. The floor was filthy. The first rom they assigned was filthy and not even made by housekeeping.
+The Staff and location were GREAT
−The rooms and bathroom need a GOOD cleaning the shower had hair in it the caulk was falling off the mildew had not been removed from tiles. The room needed to be vacuumed under the bed behind the bed the headboard was dusty your housekeeping staff leaves a lot to be desired.

“We came to Ithaca for a show, and the Hotel was close, clean and friendly.”
+Location, cleanliness, restaurant on site, and caramel corn and apples. Liked it was not a carpeted floor as it feels more hygienic than walking wear thousands of other people walked with their bare feet.
−Nothing stuck out.

“Wax disappointing.”
+The location was excellent.
−The room we were assigned had hair in both the sink and tub as well as garbage strewn about. We were assigned a different room but this room had a disgusting bathroom floor that needed a good washing. Housekeeping needs serious improvement. The pool was only 67 degrees. Way too cold to enjoy.
