+Location, staff, cleanliness, bathroom except for lack of storage/counter space
−Beds - no fitted sheets. Flat sheets and pad bunched up every night. Noise outside and little sound insulation so any noise of voice in halls could be heard. I expected better at this price and given the high rating. Tried the breakfast on the first day and coffee was pre-made and bland, breakfast was mostly carbs with one cheese and processed meats. Some flavored commercial bland yogurts and a few fresh fruit. Didn't buy it for the remaining days even though the price was reasonable.

+The location is very good, the shower works well, and the staff are helpful.
−The room is quite small and has no proper natural light. The cleanliness could be improved, as I did not feel completely comfortable with the level of hygiene during my stay. The breakfast was also disappointing.

+El personal de hotel es extremadamente amable. Guardó mi equipaje hasta la hora del vuelo y me permitió terminar de organizarme antes de salir del aeropuerto en una pequeña sala de estar que tiene a tal efecto. El hotel está muy bien conectado con dos lineas de metro y en una zona muy agradable, tranquila pero con servicios.
