“Overall is ok”
+The location is very good and convenient for travelers. The breakfast buffet is very good, food is well prepared & all the staffs are extremely helpful and friendly.
−The A/C is out when leave the room, so every time go back to the room has to wait for long time to get the right temperature. The A/C vent is weak too. We have the deluxe room, the room is still a bit smaller than what we thought. We barely can fit in 2 luggage in our room. The property is very old and not as same as show on the picture on the list.

+The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great central but quiet location, and the room was well designed and exactly what we needed.

+Excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Jennie was wonderful assisting with queries and transfers.

“Great location and staff. Good value for money.”
+Loved our stay here. Staff were excellent (clear and efficient communication on WhatsApp) and arranged our halong bay tour and airport transfers with no issues. Good location in the old quarter in a slightly more quiet end but within walking distance of popular eateries and landmarks. Sections of the street are closed to cars on weekends but just reach out to hotel staff if you need help and they'll look after you (Jennie was especially helpful on WhatsApp and I really appreciated that).
−Pillows a bit high. Hotel breakfast buffet was a bit average but I guess no one is travelling to a food paradise like Hanoi to eat hotel food 😬😬. The daily 15-30minute government announcements at 7.30am will wake you up but again, it wasn't terrible (just sleep earlier haha).

+We had a fantastic stay Emerald Waters. The location was perfect for exploring the city, amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend
