テレビが地デジが見れず子供連れとしては不満が残りました。お部屋は綺麗で広かったおかげで助かりました。駐車場が近く、スーパーも近かったので買い出しもできてよかったです。

This is a no frills hotel, but we really enjoyed our stay. You can hear if you have a heavy walking upstairs neighbor, but throughout the night it was pretty quiet. There are great laundry facilities onsite that were super easy to use and you don’t have to buy detergent. You just download an app and pay and monitor progress through the app,it was great!

Room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. Location is very good. And has luup bikes and scooters for easy rental. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage at our room early before check in which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place. I would stay here again.

We really loved the Japanese-style room! We checked in early and the room wasn't ready (as we expected), but we could leave our luggage and go straight sightseeing. When we came back our suitcase was already in the room. The location is good, a couple of minutes walk from JR Nijo station. There is a great supermarket around the corner, with great food options.

We found the property clean and spacious with excellent amenities and comfortable beds. The place is mostly self-service and sometimes it feels like you’re the only one staying there, but our interactions with the staff was wholly positive. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet but the train and subway station are both nearby and the Co-op supermarket nearby was excellent as were the area restaurants. We’ll have this place in mind for any future visits to Kyoto!
