“No hot water in the shower.”
+Great location Fairly quiet. Just spent one night prior to an early flight out of Long Beach. We were close to double arched entrance, road noice from PCH which is expected. But no hot water in the shower is why I scored lower.
−Again did not discover the hot water issue til early am in room 232 also one of drawers below the tv would randomly open. Which could be a real hazard in the dark. Reported to front desk upon departure.

“Comfortable, clean, but the parking spaces were so poorly laid out and there was a shortage so ???”
+The room was a good size and comfortable.
−The parking is horrible. The spaces are too small for mid to full sized cars so a lot of cars are parked over the lines making some spaces unusable. The lighting in the room is way too dim.

“I love the pool they have and that it’s always clean. Fresh linens and beds are fantastic!!”
+It’s quiet and in a decent location.
−I pretty much liked everything.
“Unprofessional management and not enough amenities for the price.”
+The hotel was great. Comfy beds, nice rooms, coffee and cold water in the lobby.
−You have to pay $15 for parking, the maids bang on your door even when you have a "do not disturb" sign, they no longer serve breakfast, the pool was closed for 3 days for "maintenance" and the manager of the property was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and offensive! They also charged my husband and I $100 because 2 of the towels were "too dirty." And lectured us like children loudly in the pool area in front of other guests and didn't let up even after I agreed to pay $100 for 2 towels! We spent close to $2000 there! I will never stay there again!

“Don’t stay here! Definitely not worth the amount of money I spent for one night, you’re better off sleeping in your car.”
+Not much of Anything
−Dirty, smelled, electrical issues, sink backed up with mildew, park was bad. I told a staff member in the front desk and she didn’t seem to care too much.

“Would return”
+The hotel is nice. Room has refrigerator & was clean & cool. Pool is large & deep.
−Booking is my favorite way to travel, they show all fees upfront including taxes and parking. YET THIS HOTEL CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL $15 ON TOP OF THE PRICE SHOWN. Very shady. Include it in the price like everyone.
+I loved the pool area
−There was nothing that I didn't like
