“Very nice place for budget travellers”

−It says in the description that you provide luggage storage but when I asked to store my luggage for a few hours when checking out I was told you don’t provide it. The receptionist was very lovely and directed me to another one but you should take that out of your description as part of the reason I booked with you was due to luggage storage being provided.

+Добро е за цената, която платих. Учтива жена, която ме посрещна. Чиста стая. Хубава локация, близо до метростанция и до центъра. 10 минути пеша до автогарата.

“Très bon séjour, excellente situation”
+L'emplacement, les employé.es de la réception, la chambre, petite mais bien tenue
−Les horaires de la réception, 9h30-21h30, pas toujours respectés, par exemple quand l'hôtel est complet, il arrive que la réception soit fermée dès 20h, sans prévenir. Si un client a besoin de quelque-chose, il est coincé.
