“Super schönes Zimmer direkt in der Altstadt.”
+Sehr schönes Zimmer direkt in der Altstadt. Sehr zentral. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und nett. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war immer sauber und es gab keine Probleme.
−Das Bett war ein bisschen unbequem.

“I cannot wait to go back!”
+I would urge everyone to stay at Hotel Cestelli, simple for Alessio and Asumi, who are exceptional hosts! They are so well-versed in Florence and Tuscany- their recommendations helped improve our experience greatly! The property is more of a homestay, rather than a fancy hotel, which is exactly what makes it so special! The room was tastefully decorated, and was super comfortable. They do not have a common kitchen, but gave us a water kettle, and some glasses, and plates for the room. You really do not need a kitchen in a city like Florence! The building has a small elevator, which is really helpful if you are carrying heavy suitcases.

−La habitación 1 que fue la que me entregaron está al lado del baño común y los pasajeros pasan por ahí 12 hrs pm , 04 hrs am, etc NO se logra descansar, está pésimo.

−強いて言うならホテルの場所がいいところにあるため夜少し外から声が聞こえた。ただ11時までには聞こえなくなるため、私は気にならなかった

+This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my three years in Europe. Its location is excellent,just a 12-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of many major attractions. The rooms are spotlessly clean; although the bathroom is shared, it caused no inconvenience whatsoever. The owner is constantly cleaning, ensuring everything remains pristine. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the owner was there waiting for us,we are truly grateful for that. They also offer luggage storage after checkout. The hotel features a charming, vintage European style that we absolutely loved. I highly recommend it to everyone!

“Ideal place to stay for 1-2 nights in central Florence”
+To be clear, I have no idea why this property has such a low star rating - it’s very good! Located in a fantastic location and has extremely friendly and accommodating staff. We had a large room too, with plenty of storage to hang up clothing and accessories. You can also store your baggage before or after you check in.
−There were a few very small things that really don’t impact your stay especially if only there a night or two but are worth noting. To confirm there wasn’t a TV in our room (not a massive deal, but worth saying) and the door to our room had two glass panels on it that, during the night, the hall light would stream through. We turned the light off but then other people going to there rooms would turn it back on. The WiFi also a touch patchy in places.
