+Spa posizione e ottimo massaggio
−Piu pulizia nelle camere e la struttura un po datata colazione a pagamento non cara ma non degna di un 4 stelle

+Excellent customer service, people were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite big. Location was quite central and price was cheap. WiFi connection was for free
−There wasn’t much I didn’t like about my stay. If I had to mention anything, I would have preferred a room that didn’t face the road, as the electric trams passing by were quite noisy. Keeping the windows closed helped reduce the noise and maintain privacy. The spa was also quite small and had a slightly unpleasant smell. However, the hotel was generally very clean, so I wonder whether this was simply due to the age of the building. I still decided to use the spa once and was lucky enough to have it all to myself, which made for a more relaxing experience.

+Posizione Perfetta, la SPA a fine serata dopo un intero giorno in giro é spettacolare…. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

“Ottima struttura per viaggiare "on a budget".”
+Hotel in posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dalle stazione metro Serdika, ben collegata con l'aeroporto. Ottimo per visitare a piedi il centro di Sofia. Ho trovato lo staff alla reception gentile, oltre che in grado di parlare un pochino di italiano. Il letto era confortevole e la camera ben riscaldata. Carina la SPA, con sauna finlandese, bagno turco e grande piscina idromassaggio. Reception h24 e servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito. Prezzo eccellente.
−E' una struttura che avrebbe bisogno di essere rimodernata a livello di finiture e materiali. La moquette è ovunque ed in bagno alcune cose erano un po' "ballerine". In rapporto al prezzo, la posizione e la comodità non trovo comunque dei veri difetti per un soggiorno breve.

−Ich war zufrieden. Für den Preis absolut ok. Wer aber mehr Ansprüche hat, kann weiterlesen: Das Hotel wurde wohl zu Sovjetzeiten das letzte mal renoviert. Auch der Teppich und die Möbel im Zimmer sind wohl aus dieser Zeit. Ebenso der Fahrstuhl. Noch nie war ich in so einem schrecklichen Fahrstuhl 😄. Im Spa habe ich mich nicht ins Wasser getraut. Keine Ahnung ob da schon mal das Wasser analysiert wurde. Aber es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Ich war eh nur zum Schlafen dort.

“Good Stay!”
+This hotel is located near the Mosque, tram station and other attraction places. It is also close to dining options and souvenir shops. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. while the staff are quick to respond to any inquiries. A bonus with this stay is complimentary access to spa facilities, including a steam bath and sauna and massages are available for an additional charge. The hotel is recommended for everyone!

“2nd time visiting.”
+The welness downstairs and the jacuzzi in our room. Also the silence at night was super. This was our 2nd time in this hotel and I will probably go again in the future!
−Breakfast, I know it is separate from the hotel but that was just awfull and expensive!!!
