“C’était exceptionnel et le personnel est adorable, bienveillant.”
+L’hôtel est dans le centre et très bien situé, c’est très calme. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très bienveillant. Ils essayent tout le temps de faire au mieux et sont ultra-réactifs à nos différentes demandes. Ils ont aussi de très bons contacts pour les excursions
−La chambre est très lumineuse en raison de la présence du patio, ce qui nous réveillait au lever du soleil. Toutefois, ce n'est pas un problème si vous prévoyez d'avoir des journées bien remplies.

+We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The room was spotless and exceptionally well‑maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere throughout the property is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He shared excellent local tips and even arranged several reservations for us, all of which turned out to be fantastic recommendations. Highly recommended.

+Struttura molto bella, innamorata del design dell’ arredamento. Staff super! Durante il soggiorno e’ capitato un episodio spiacevole con alcuni altri guest che si sono completamente impossessati della piscina, ma lo staff ci e’ venuto incontro e ci ha aiutato. Menzione d’ onore al cameriere Pablo!

“A charming oasis in Mérida with wonderful hospitality.”
+Beautiful and charming property with a very peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the garden and pool area as well.
