+Apesar de ficar um pouco mais distante da estação de trem, é muito tranquilo chegar até o hotel caminhando, já que as ruas são planas e bem pavimentadas. Staff muito atencioso e as instalações são confortáveis. Hotel muito perto de tudo em Lucerna.

+Highly recommended. Great location, wonderfully friendly staff - Victoria on the front desk was amazing. A very pleasant experience and a great place to base yourself while hiking. Such a pretty location.

+La posizione del hotel è perfetta per visitare la città. La stazione non è lontana. Lo staff è gentile. Gradita la possibilità di prendere un caffè alla lobby senza costo aggiuntivo. L'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici è compresso nella tariffa.
−Un po' sporgente il letto a castello. Da fare attenzione quando si cammina in camera.

+L’accueil est chaleureux! La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la ville.
−Le déjeuner n’est pas offert mais il y a un restaurant tout près et plusieurs boulangeries a côté. Et les hôtes offrent le café en tout temps!
