+I just liked the location, the rest was very bad
−Very old furniture, not clean at all, once you enter the room you go in bathroom and then in the room. Train's noise is running all the night because the windows are very old. Spiders on the wall. I didn't like it at all.

+The manager was responsive to our first night complaint. Promised a refund for the first night, but I never received.
−The first night, we discovered bugs in our room. They didn't have another room available, so we had to move to a neighboring property late at night. The next day, we moved back to Hotel Amba to another room while they cleaned the first room. They promised a refund for our first night, but I never got one.

+Great location near the central train station with good connections around Munich. Staff was very welcoming and professional. 24hr reception is really helpful. Room was very good for the price point with a decent private bathroom.
