“On a adoré”

“Please don’t book this hotel!!!!”
+Nothing was good about this hotel, even score 1 is too much for this hotel
−Don’t book this hotel please!!! We booked two separate rooms at this accommodation, but unfortunately the actual condition of the accommodation was completely different from what was described and advertised. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the accommodation was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The beds, bed linen and pillows were very dirty and covered in stains. There were even body hairs on the beds. The bathrooms were also extremely dirty and not in an acceptable condition. There was also a very unpleasant and strong smell throughout the accommodation. In addition, basic amenities that should have been provided were missing, including soap and toilet paper. Because of the poor hygiene and overall condition of the accommodation, we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. We could not sleep there at all and stayed for no longer than approximately one hour. We had no choice but to leave and immediately look for alternative accommodation. It was really hard to find another hotel on the same day, but we eventually found a better hotel that was suitable for us, but this resulted in additional costs and a lot of inconvenience. Considering the price we paid compared to
