“Horrible experience”
+Extremely disappointing experience - avoid this place! We arrived at the hotel expecting a warm welcome, but there was no one at reception. Eventually, a woman came out in a bath towel, clearly not prepared to deal with guests. She didn’t speak any English and became rude and aggressive when we asked basic questions. She even yelled at us and said things like “this is not a hotel, it’s a boutique,” which made no sense and was incredibly unprofessional. We were told to “just wait” without explanation, and the overall attitude was hostile and disrespectful. When we finally got to our room, it was tiny, dirty, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect even from a budget place. I strongly advise others to stay away - this place is badly managed, unclean, and completely lacks basic hospitality
+Haziran sonu gittiğimiz 5 günlük konaklamamızda her şey oldukça iyiydi. Fiyat performans diyebiliriz.
+The hotel has not been maintained well, and the bathrooms desperately need to be completely renovated. But it has a nice pool and it’s in a convenient location in the center of Gumbet.
Tavsiye ediyorum.
