“Worst Hilton Stay, Waste of Hard Earned Money”
+Do not waste your money. Stayed July 2 through July 6 2026. Arrived and had to change rooms 3 times, toilet not flushing right, 2 senior women that had to go to the bathroom a lot. Front desk had no personality and acted like we were a pain to help. On 3rd day took a shower and there was no cold water, just hot and the bathroom was like a sauna. Could not rinse out conditioner in hair, went home that way. July 4th there were 15 people having a birthday party at the Hilton because the grandparents(2 people) were staying there, 13 extra people. Could not even get in the pool with all those people. Dogs were in the courtyard and there are not supposed to be pets there. Went to front desk and did not do anything about it. On 8th floor where we stayed there was a room service tray with food not eaten and empty bottle of beer for 2 days outside room. This is the last stay I will ever have at the Hilton in Waco. I paid $736.22 and it was worth maybe 200.00, Not compensation what so ever, just I'm sorry. I'm sorry does not cut it, action does and there was none. Checked out 2 other hotels and they are beautiful, 5 star hotel in Dallas. Front desk at these hotels could not believe there was

“Payed more for less”
+Location and most staff members were nice.
−No hot water for showers. Pool wasn’t very clean. Took forever to get in door with card. Pretty noisy from traffic outside on highway. Breakfast was limited.

+the Breakfast was in a conference room as so was the dinner and the bar was in a hall way. I'm trying not to complain since the hotel is under constructions, but it would have been nice to be told prior to booking.
−The Hotel was under constructions and was not made aware of this. The elevator was missing a wall tile and was not cleaned, a kitchen knife was on the floor in one of the elevators for 2 days and may still be there, Our room was nice for the exception that it smelled like raw sewer and we reported it that night and maintenance came up and put a chemical down the drains and by the morning it still smelled so bad we were not able to shower. I did report this when checking out and the front desk said they was discount the room by 50% but have not seen that in my bank account. The only transaction is $272.22 that was taken from our bank account. I booked this room for a short getaway for my husbands birthday and was very disappointed of the outcome. I do hope the Hilton keeps its work and does refund the money as they said they would.
“Modern, clean hotel in a great location”
+Large comfortable room, beautiful pool area, excellent bar and lounge area and top notch make to order complimentary breakfast. Many restaurant choices within walking distance or a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

−I could not find the entrance to the hotel because of construction! The hotel should have had a notice on my reservation to change the street entrance on my GPS! I drove around for 20 minutes trying to find my way into the hotel then finally parked, got out of my car and walked to the closed entrance to read the sign on the door with the other street name to come in on!

+Freundliche Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde im Nachgang.
−Für den Preis von etwa 205 € pro Nacht absolut nicht angemessen. Baulärm ab 08:00 Uhr, schmutziger Aufzug, lange Wartezeiten und ein insgesamt renovierungsbedürftiger Eindruck. Auch das Zimmer und besonders das Bad waren deutlich abgenutzt. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie habe ich wesentlich mehr erwartet.
