“Great hotel opposite an Odeon cinema complex.”
+This is a beautiful hotel. We especially liked the balcony. The room was spacious and beautifully firnished. The hotel reception was slow as they were introducing a new computer system.
−We booked the first night to dine in the hotel restaurant. It was very poor. The following morning we ate breakfast there and it was equally disappointing. We did not use the restaurant again. Instead, we crossed the road to the Odeon cinema complex opposite, and we were delighted at the variety of dining options there.

“A short business stay.”
+So far, this is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in the UK. The staff are wonderful; the beds and pillows are very comfortable. However, the water pressure is weak. There are no bin liners in the trash cans,if this is for economic reasons, I understand, but if it’s for ecological reasons, that doesn't quite make sense, considering the amount of water and cleaning agents required to keep the bins clean. Breakfast is good, but the hot food wasn't very hot around 9:00 AM. For a four-star hotel, the quality of the food,as well as the coffee,should be a bit better. The spa area was very clean, but it is quite small relative to the number of rooms, especially since non-guests are also permitted to use the facilities. There is no proper Jacuzzi,just a few bubbles inside the main pool, at the same temperature as the pool water! That said, I might return someday to see if there have been any improvements to the quality of the breakfast and coffee. Best regards.

+Excellent staff, friendly and helpful, booked assisted room it had everything and a large room. Explained fully evacuation procedure in an emergency if lift out of action. Breakfast had a good selection, staff offered to help me with self service. I would stay here again despite a few issues, it was a Friday night.
−Unfortunately not everything available for us to use due to private party on floor 8 Bar with view. The downstairs Bar was therefore crowded and noisy with a male golf party drinking. It was situated next to the restaurant, so there was no ambient atmosphere we expected to enjoy an evening meal with friends. We felt a restaurant opposite was a better choice for my needs on this occasion. We had not expected to go out as wanted to use hotel facilities. Noise heard until very late from Disco opposite the front of hotel, although it was very quiet around the hotel.
