+Очень чисто, супер удобная кровать, очень классные подушки и одеяло, матрас был самый лучший в моей жизни, постельное бельё очень приятное, хотелось забрать с собой эту кровать. Красивый отель, вид просто нереальный, жили на 3 этаже без балкона, но вид из окна был суперский, понравилось окно в туалете. Завтрак был нормальный, но почему-то нас на него не записали и пришлось 2 раза утром звонить на ресепшен, чтобы нас покормили. Персонал 2 прекрасные женщины, супер добрые им отдельный лайк 🫶🏻
−Были недопонимание с завтраком, нужно на него видимо записываться заранее.

−Dinner option - for the night i stayed kitchen was closed and it was raining. I didn't have this info before hand, although outside food was easy to find and staff suggested options, but it would have been awesome if i could eat inside only or i knew before hand to plan better

“Modern hotel with stunning view”
+Cosy room in modern hotel with stunning view from balcony. Stylish decor. Good value for money.
−Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner but the receptionist recommended a nearby one which was excellent. Parking was easy but the roads near the hotel are a bit rough.

+The view! Honestly we just stayed here for the view. Room was very big and comfortable.
−It was so hot!! Almost unbearable. We turned the heaters off and it was still very very warm. The temperature outside was 7 degrees!

“Our stay was Very disappointing”

−The room was basic, uncomfortable and dirty. The top sheet had blood stains, the pillowcase was dirty, and there was no bottom sheet, so my wife had to sleep directly on the mattress. The next morning, I left a written request at reception asking for clean sheets and a fresh pillowcase. When we returned at 5 p.m., the room was exactly as we had left it. To make matters worse, a key had been left in the door, meaning anyone could have entered our room. Breakfast was also poorly managed. We arrived at 9 a.m., but the breakfast room was locked and, as usual, there was no receptionist available. Around ten guests were left waiting and trying to contact the hotel. I texted and called, but the room was not opened until 9:30. The staff member seemed unhappy to be there and was not welcoming. Overall, the cleanliness, service and basic organisation were disappointing. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its standards
