+Included breakfast was helpful. Bed was very comfy. Parking with a boat was quirky but worked well enough. Pizzas were very good.
−A lot of light comes in from the hallway via door frame not being well sealed. The only comfy place to sit is on the bed. Pool was full of leaves and not appealing to swim in. General upkeep of the property was lacking, eg. downpipes had rusted off completely. Phone number on office door for check in, but no Optus coverage makes that a problem when nobody is around.

+It wasn't clean, Bed sheet was very dirty. Blanket was very dirty, Lightning in room was very poor
