+The staff here are always generally helpful and polite
−The room was supposed to be an upgrade, I found it to be small and the heating didn't work properly. To pay £115 without breakfast included and for the size of room I found expensive

“I've stayed in better caravans that have been more decadent that this hotel room! Very overpriced!”
+The only saving grace to staying at this hotel was the shower, the breakfast in the morning was good.
−The bedrooms looked very tired and cheap - (we booked a superior room only yo be met with a tired looking room and a TV that constantly lost reception meaning the kids couldn't watch TV. We paid for private bowling and that Also broke during the game! (The lad was extremely helpful but it was wasted last part of the trip unfortunately) The pictures on the website don't match the room. Dead fly on bathroom side next to shampoo. Small old television? Again superior room?

+Breakfast was very good and we had a bar snack at night and it was really good.
−The room we had only had a velux window so we didn't really have a view
