“Very comfortable and at ease.”
+The food was excellent. Very clean area. The location is perfect.
−The hallway walls need to be painted. The appearance is lacking of cleanliness.

“Stay was good for the price. Only complaint was the me nightstand.”
+Free parking and free breakfast. Staff were very nice. Housekeeping should be earlier -room Not cleaned for day 2 until after 1 pm.
−The room set up for two queen beds should have a night stand for each bed. Only One nightstand between the two beds. Eating in bed difficult because there’s no nightstand to put your food on?

“Remember that the front desk represents a hotel's first impression.”
+The location was great, the breakfast staff were very friendly, I like that parking was free.
−I arrived at 10:30pm, the guy at the front desk wasn't friendly at all, he was actually quite rude. My room only had 2 towels, even though there were 4 of us staying there. I went down to ask for more trying not to be a bother since it was late but the receptionist (the same guy) told me to go find someone else to get them for me, and he spoke to me with a bad attitude..

“NEED MORE "SMILING FACES"!!”
+Loved the pillows and the bed.
−No one really greeted me and the staff didn't seem really interested in being at work. Just didn't feel the vibe of friendliness. More cheerful faces and Smiles would really Help.
“I would definitely stay here again as we have stayed here before. So I would recommend staying here for your stay.”
+Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.
−It was close to the event I was attending. So the location was good.

+The hotel is quite comfortable and affordable for the area, in our experience quiet area and pretty easy to get around
−We had to keep requesting extra towels every day, as they would take them and just leave 2, when it was 3 of us in the room. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, but overall good
