“Overpriced disappointment”
+The location was great, right off the main road. Check in went fine.
−Free wi-fi was useless. Needed wi-fi to make cell phone calls (NO SERVICE!), but wi-fi was useless. Needed to work while I was here, couldn't because the wi-fi was useless......Vending machines didn't work. Room was old and worn, not very clean. Breakfast was not anything beyond a basic, cardboard offerings.

“Very satisfying”

−Construction was a little imposing. It limited parking but inconvenience was minimal.
“We Will NOT Go Back!!!”
+The hotel has a lot of new updates (unfinished). It was mostly very clean. Almost all of the employees were very pleasant. Our room was large (but empty).
−What was not made clear in the listing is that the hotel is under construction (the listing said it would be done well before we arrived). We paid extra for a suite to have a couch, desk, & so on. We arrived to a half empty room, without warning when checking in. No couch, or end tables/coffee table, no desk, no microwave. We were looking forward to using the indoor pool (for therapeutic reasons) but it was ice cold & unusable. The breakfast area was not clean, including old food on & down the side of the only trash can. The employee working it was absolutely miserable & unhelpful. We arrived about an hour into breakfast & everything was almost gone. What made me the maddest - they charged over $350 for one night for this hot mess. When I complained I was given a SMALL discount. That is ridiculous. They never should have charged me so much for an empty suite in the first place.

“Convenient location for family event we attended.”
+Convenient location. Without exception, friendly, helpful staff.
−Door to adjoining room didn’t block noise. Neighbors had two young, boisterous children that awoke at 5:30am. Parents voices were loud too. Saturday breakfast was powdered eggs, no fruit, very processed food. Sunday was a bit better. For the price we paid I expected more.

+My room was very clean and comfortable
−I did not realize the hotel was undergoing construction and walked into dust and tile removal and had to wait quite a while to use the elevator to get to my room to have them clean the tile debris out of the elevator and tract and walk through debris

“Very disappointed”
−The bathroom was a little outdated, the faucets felt like they were going to fall off. Heavy caulking around tub, A/C didn’t work and keypad didn’t light up . The fan worked but room temperature air. The breakfast, my wife liked the waffle but the bacon was very undercooked and the home fries were absolutely disgusting. We eat took one bit of the home fries and that was it. We were really disappointed because we paid a lot of money for this room and it didn’t live up to the Hampton Inn standards.
