“Worth trying”
+Very modern and stylish. Nice bedrooms and carpets were in good condition. Lounge area nice to sit and have a drink.
−Unfortunately we pick a night which was part of the half term school holidays and the hotel was full of children and the breakfast area was a nightmare in the morning.

“Will definitely be back.”
+Good location, secure car park, rooms were lovely and clean, great value for money. Breakfast was amazing.
−Breakfast was amazing, once we managed to get a seat and actually get some food. Very small breakfast area for the size of hotel and amount of guests that want feeding.

“Fabulous view, a good sleep had by all, long breakfast service, nice staff.”
+The view was fabulous. Beds very comfy. Hotel quiet at night. Long breakfast service. Staff very nice.
−Double the machines needed at breakfast. A bath would have made it 10/10!

“Love the location away from the chaos, so quiet for sleeping and a tram stop right opposite so super easy to get around!”
+We absolutely love this property and stay every year, it feels so quiet and serene after the bedlam of the lights and all the other Blackpool offerings! Grace on reception was outstanding - I told her something on day 1, and she saw us on day 2 and commented how happy she was - that’s truly impressive considering how many people she must come across every day!!!
−The reception staff are actually all lovely and so friendly as well as efficient, the breakfast staff - they really have to graft and it may not be seamless but you see the hard work and effort that goes in! Yet the bar staff, totally different vibe, although efficient, wow I think they hate their jobs :(

“Good but after a late night expected a better sleep in”
+Still woke me up at 8am, work men on our floor, not sure what time they started but we’re well at it for 8am
−Everything else was amazing, 8am is way too early for work men
