“It was a great show, enjoyed the venue, but we won’t stay at the casino again”
+The room was nice, bed was comfortable
−We couldn’t get into either restaurant because we didn’t have reservations and didn’t know we needed them, then ordered room service and was told we had to come down to pick up the order and there would be a 10 percent service charge on top of that, not impressed

+It was very comfortable.
−Unfortunately, the restaurant was not able to accommodate us for dinner. Also, we were not able walk inside to the event centre and it was very cold.

+it was mu grandson birthday and they sent him desert an a card it was so amazing he jsut was in tears he turned 14 and it made him happy ,,,Room was nice

+Staff are always fantastic. Such a warm vibe when I come to the hotel. YOu're my favourite! Other hotels could take a lesson from Grey Eagle!
−The hot water could have come out of the shower a bit sooner but all in all it was fine.

“Staff and food are always amazing here!”
+Great staff!! Late check out was very much appreciated.Great place. Food is same as blaze and fantastic every single time. Smoking in there is a big reason why we start here. Decent happy hour prices
−Stage bar was better before renos. Pricier every time so can't afford to go as much as we used to
