−The listing on Booking dot com is a catalogue of lies. It claims to be wheelchair accsssable, and to have a lift to all floors. This is untrue. The lift doesn't work, and I was put on the 3rd floor which made it very difficult for me, a disabled man, to climb the stairs. The room was horrid, with very dirty sheets on the bed, and a fan that would only work on full speed as the controller was broken. Eventually I was a given a room on the ground floor, but the shower didn't work, and there was no hot water. I was told to wait until the next day, when, they said, hot water would be available. It was not. I was told that it was ok, because the new room had 3 beds, and all the other rooms had hot water, so I should not complain about having no warm water. I only wanted 1 bed, but I did want to have a wash, which was not possible. The listing also claimed that the staff spoke English. They did not speak any English at all, and were very menacing. Booking dot com also claims that the rooms are soundproofed. This is an outright lie, as the noise was unbearable, with screaming children and the loud conversations of staff kept me awake for most of the night. My stay at this establishment wa
