“Good location, very nice and cared for hotel. Friendly staff.”
+Very nice room, close to the duomo with all the luxuries one could want. Very friendly personel who did their utmost best to help us. Even when some clients are being very rude (an entitlement American women who thought that the world revolves around her) they stay calm, friendly and professional.
−I prefer a breakfast buffet, while they only served à la carte because of the fact that their bar is also publicly accessible. But nevertheless I had a good breakfast.
“An exceptional and unforgettable stay in Florence, we can’t wait to return.”
+Our stay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel made everything feel so thoughtful and special. There is such a warmth to the environment that immediately makes you feel at home. My daughter and I had the most wonderful time in Florence, and this hotel was such a memorable part of our experience.
−There truly wasn’t anything we didn’t enjoy about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we left wishing we could have stayed longer. We’re already looking forward to returning on our future visits to Florence.

“Отличный вариант для комфортного пребывания в центре Флоренции.”
+Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Отличное расположение , удобно добираться до всех главных достопримечательностей. Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый.Есть парковка и услуга парковщика, а номер оказался удивительно просторным.
−Из небольших минусов , в номере чувствовался какой-то запах, а при открытом окне было довольно шумно.

+Location was great; staff at reception and restaurant were very kind and friendly
−Poor value for money , quite expensive for what it is. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, water leaked out during showers, and the sink was too small. The selection of shampoo and body wash was limited and not enough.
