−No mobile network Wi fi services were not working properly Staff was not very responsive
−The basic things like towels are not provided and rhe kne given where used one and washroom were not clean and used products were there….
+The location, staffs and the resturant service was excellant, but the bathroom condition was not up to the mark. The overhead shower system did😂work. Too small a bathroom.

+The staff were very helpful
−The rooms lacks ventilation and the washroom was always wet and once the floor near washroom becomes wet it won’t dry in 12hrs also.
+Th ambience and vibe
−The quality of washroom equipment. They were rusted. And the water quality. I know it's near coastal areas but people live there and they do have good water quality. So at least brands like Ginger should also have that.

+Room was good, location is good, but the food at the resturant is really great- I travelled from Panipat to Gujarat and back home Panipat but this was a place where we really had the best dinner.
−The centralised AC just made the floor wet in the morning, could be due to the temperature we set at 18 but never seen that in any other hotels other than this I had a nice stay.
