−Quitando el desayuno, la comida es horrible. Anuncian dos restaurantes cuando solo hay uno, con un menu corto. Hay ruido por la noche desde fuera, la insonorizacion no es buena. En mi habitacion se salia agua del vater.

−I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was disappointed with my experience. The AC thermostat was repeatedly overridden by the hotel, preventing the temperature from going below 22°C. The room reached around 23°C, making it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Despite contacting reception several times, the issue was never properly resolved. At checkout, I expressed my dissatisfaction, but the only response was a simple apology, with no gesture of goodwill. For such a large hotel, I expected a more professional and guest-oriented approach. Even a small gesture, such as complimentary breakfast, would have made a difference. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations.
