+Close to venue
−The motel room smelled, there was a roach in the bathroom, there was a dead bee inside the comforter, and the window near the restroom didn't lock.

“I want my money back!!!”
+Nothing, run down property, worst I have seen on Booking. Left after seeing the room, didn’t stay there.

“Great place to stay for your hunting trip or ranch work weekends.”
+Centrally located in Freer. Clean facility and great staff. Best value for the price.
−Dated property. Ice machine down again. Learning curve for operating the shower temp controls.
