“Great stay”
+The rooms are large and nicely presented. The cafe on site is fab for coffee and breakfast. Self check in so very easy - overall a great practical place to stay and you could stay a few days as there is a table and fridge in room etc

+Very Spacious Room, clean and fairly comfortable. Useful kitchenette. Fantastic location and lovely forest walk which was perfect for the dog.
−The lighting wasn't very good in the room. One of the overhead lights was out and the bulb needed replacing which is a small maintenance issue. Even with just one working, the overhead lighting is pretty harsh so having more than one table lamp in the room would really help.

−One Mattress worn out, and mattress cover past use by date ie elastic was shot, therefore flat sheet could not remain securely tucked in under the mattresses. Externally night time lighting too bright in room despite lined curtain. Double doors warping therefore not always easy to lock.

“For the price it was good. Just a bit more attention to maintenance and strengthen wifi.”
+Location good, was impressed with sound proofing as did not hear traffic on the road at all. Spacious room and shower room. Nice walk in woods that was just right as I had my dog with me. Also having a station to clean your boots was excellent.
−Light over bed not working. Cap on water heat on shower was missing. Short stubbly hair on edge of trim above sink. Found the room a bit to warm for me, had the dial turned as low as it would go. Presume all the insulation on building kept the heat in, maybe a fan would help. Maybe a microwave in the room would have been helpful. Wifi was spotty didn't work first evening. Hardly any phone signal in room.

+Nice big clean room with good facilities. Very helpful staff who allowed us late check out as we were attending a wedding and needed to get changed.
