+Cette hôtel est moderne, mais il manque de charme. Pas de rooftop, très peu de lumière naturelle dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Le personnel est par contre très agréable, mais comme partout aux Philippines.

“Disappointed by breakfast, TV with no TV channels, very noisy outside, so poor quality sleep”
+Bed was comfortable and Aircon was quiet
−We went elsewhere for breakfast. Very limited Choice that had to be picked the day before and to an exact time. Not what we expect for 7500php per night!
“Good location”
+Location near the port Staff helped me to connect to my netflix account which was not easy since little old tv Parking for the car
−They asked me to pay for the bed sheets stain. Omlet was cold in breakfast. No vegetables

“Central in the city”
+It was central to the city with the market and shops close to it
−Breakfast was not good there l thought they would have had a better variety with their new dining area but no it was still the same food they delivered to your room before the upgrade

“My mum and I stayed at the Fan’s Hotel in Baybay which we really liked so we thought that we would feel the same comfort”

−No fridge to keep our perishables in.

“Accommodating for the location to the ferry boats.”
+Hot shower was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was close to ferry boats. Staff was accommodating. A+++
−Couldn't close the bathroom window. Apparently it was designed that way so we had to keep the bathroom door closed and it would get warm in there due to no A/C being able to enter. Also outside noise was a little loud due to not being able to close the window. D-- rating.
