−They fraudulently debited my credit card after we left for a $7 bottle of sparkling water which we didn’t use. No query just a bogus charge. Not worth calling them after to refute, they obviously need the money more than we do.

“Good Staff but Tiny Room - not good value for money”
+The staff were all very friendly and provided good service in the bar
−The room was tiny. We were supposed to get an upgrade to a Superior Queen Room, but the room we got was tiny and looked like the Classic Room as displayed on the website. It certainly didn't look like the Superior Queen room shown on the website. Fable management claimed we got the upgrade. The room (112) was so narrow there was only a table on one side of the bed, and only enough room to open up one of our carry-on size suitcases. We've stayed in many hotels in heritage buildings before and know they can sometimes be on the small side, but this wasn't good for the price.

“Insgesamt sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage.”
+Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit als wir unser Zimmer tauschen wollten und auch als wir früher abreisen mussten. Wir bekamen ohne Aufpreis eine große Suite. Auch seine Kolleginnen waren sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir. hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und haben abends immer einen Absacker in der Bar getrunken.
−In der Bar lief es etwas holprig.

“Classy hotel”
+Lovely welcoming service, classy rooms
−Very dimly lit rooms, light switches were a bit confusing (info on them about the compendium but having to think about light switches while on holiday isn't really relaxing). Lack of affordable parking.
