+Location but, place needs a lot of work. I stayed and extra night and i was over charged.
“Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time in Robstown.”
+The location was very close to the venue for our engineering event. We enjoyed having plenty of time to get ready for the day. The rooms were clean and hospitable.
−There was no wifi but that was not the fault of the owners.
“There is no breakfast, no coffee maker, blow dryer didnt work, door doesnt lock, sheets dirty, towe”
+There is no breakfast, no coffee maker, blow dryer didnt work, door doesnt lock, sheets dirty, towels stink, bugs, no cups, ice maker full of mold, no internet, no light in the restroom, prices too high, no hot water, i could go on

“Overall it was decent for the price. I would stay here again!”
+The beds were well made, the air conditioning was very good, ac blew cold! Nice sized refrigerators, and the showers were ok.
−The toilet was very dirty, mirrors were dirty and also the floors. The place needs proper cleaning people.
“Exceptional”
−No coffee maker 😐
