+The location with the views was great. The staff were friendly. Parking was good.
−Unfortunately, our one-bedroom Superior Apartment fell well short of expectations. While the staff were lovely and welcoming, the overall condition and cleanliness of the apartment were disappointing and in need of significant attention. The kitchen and lounge area were reasonably acceptable in terms of layout, but the cleanliness was a real letdown. The fridge was dirty, with hairs inside, and the shelving had old milk spills that had clearly not been cleaned properly. The kitchen extractor fan also had oil dripping from it, so also not cleaned. There was visible mould on the kitchen blinds, and the couch was in need of a thorough clean. The rug in the lounge appeared old and would honestly be better removed altogether. The walls throughout the apartment were dirty and needed a fresh coat of paint. The bedroom was comfortable, with a good bed and clean linen, which we appreciated. However, the carpet appeared old and dusty, adding to the overall impression that the apartment had not been properly refreshed or maintained. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. There was no extractor fan to remove steam, and with the dryer also located in the bathroom, the lack of ventilation

−The room would benefit from a deep clean especially around edges and switches, handles etc. The pool had lots of leaves and tree debris in it

“Stress free”
+So close to everything. Lovely and quiet. Very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed in the apartment. I will definitely be back

+Close location to most locations around mooloolaba. Plenty of amenitys and kitchen appliances. Comfortable and clean. Great for family.
−Parking in the basement was pretty tight but other than that all good.

“A wee break at Mooloolaba”
+We enjoyed the quiet location, the rooftop balcony, the pool and spa. The unit was spacious for two people.
−A paring knife and kitchen scissors would have been helpful.
