+La amabilidad de las personas que trabajaban ahí. El desayuno era estupendo y las habitaciones confortables.
−Estaba lejos del centro, la carretera era con curvas y pendiente y el acceso final por una pista complicada para los tuk tuk que llevábamos.

“Muy bien hotel para disfrutar de Ella”
+El trato del personal fue excelente. La habitación amplia, limpia, bonita y con terraza. El desayuno muy bueno. Abundante, rico y servido a la hora que lo pidieses, lo que facilitaba mucho hacer las visitas programadas. El alojamiento no está en pleno centro de Ella, lo cual al final fue una ventaja. Te quitas todo el jaleo que a partir de la 8 se monta en el pueblo, que está bien disfrutarlo pero no padecerlo. Te coges un tuk tuk por menos de 2 euros y te deja en tu hotel en 5 minutos y a descansar. Si vas en familia como yo lo agradeces Si vas de fiesta seguro que la historia es distinta

+We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was peaceful and convenient.
−Overall, everything was good. There are only a few minor areas that could be improved, but they did not affect our stay.

−The building was rundown and did not match the photos on the site. There was no view. It felt dark and depressing.

“Excellent”
+We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Our group of 10 enjoyed both breakfast and dinner over three nights, and the food was consistently delicious. A special thank you to the manager, Vajira, and the rest of the team. After we checked out, our pre-booked van (organized externally) was late, and we were at serious risk of missing our train. The staff quickly stepped in to assist and arranged tuktuks for us on very short notice. Thanks to their help, we made it to the station in time. Highly recommended for both the hospitality and service!
“Exceptional”
+I had booked a dorm bed. When i arrived the worker told me that this room is usually booked by local drivers and being a woman he wouldnt feel comfortable placing me in it. He gave me a fully private double bedroom for the same price. I think the management did not really like it ;) but he insisted. It was very kind of him.
