+Otel gerek konum olarak gerekse de rahatlık ve temizlik olarak beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Özellikle konum açısından çok merkezi her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Ayrıca kahvaltısı çok iyiydi dışarıda Van Kahvaltısı yapmaya gerek yok.

+what truly makes it special is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They have a way of making you feel at home, almost as if anything you might feel is missing from the hotel is somehow made up for by the people working there. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help make all the difference. A special mention goes to Recep Aksona, who went above and beyond to help me personally. He was always welcoming and ready to help with anything, from arranging a taxi to figuring out reservations and making sure everything went smoothly. He genuinely played the role of a concierge, always approachable and willing to go the extra mile. My family also mentioned Recep Özhan and Ahmet for being welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
−One area that could use improvement is the cigarette smell in some rooms. The staff will do their best to find a room with less of a smell, but depending on availability, that isn’t always possible. Guests should be considerate and avoid smoking inside rooms, while the hotel could also take additional steps to remove lingering cigarette odors and keep rooms fresh for everyone
