+Friendly and helpful staff who are on hand 24 hours to assist. Excellent location, away from the hecticness of the old city but close to many amazing restaurants and cafes, and public transport. Cosy but well equipped space that worked for us and our 7 month old. They also provided a cot and high chair which was very helpful!
−The shower could have used a deep clean and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall.

“The friendliest staff you can meet in Turkey”
+The staff in this hotel are really exceptional. We felt super welcome, and every single interaction with different members of the staff was so friendly and helpful. We also really liked the special attention at breakfast, with vegan alternatives on request. The breakfast was great! The two-bedroom apartment is ok for 6 people for a few days. It is spacious enough, has everything you need, and we liked tall ceilings and windows and the interior. Finally the location is amazing as it's in a very calm courtyard but near everything else.
−You can hear everything in the adjacent room, so earplugs are recommended for sleep. I'd also recommend the hotel to replace the shelfs inside the shower - items fall through the grid. We liked our stay anyway.

“TENEMOS QUE DEJAR DE SOBREVALORAR LOS HOTELES. ESTE HOTEL TIENE UNA PUNTUACIÓN MUY SUPERIOR A LO QUE MERECE.”
+Lo único que destacaría es un buen desayuno (aunque monótono: todos los días lo mismo, sin variación alguna). El personal es correcto, no especialmente simpático, pero amable. Que la habitación disponga de cocina está bien, aunque no la usamos. La ubicación no es mala, cerca de plaza Taksim.
−La habitación huele a tuberías. TODO EL TIEMPO. Ni ventilando se va el olor. Muy desagradable. La realidad no tiene nada que ver con las fotos del hotel en booking. Habitación vieja, las cortinas rotas colgando, las puertas chirrían. El hotel está en una calle tranquila, PERO ESTÁ MUY CERCA DE UNA DISCOTECA, con mucha gente en la calle: el fin de semana hay MUCHO RUIDO hasta altas horas de la noche. Difícil descansar. No lo recomiendo. No volvería.

“Comfortable stay right next Taksim Square”
+We loved our stay at the Element Garden. The hotel is situated right next to Taksim Square, near the busiest and most exciting streets in Instanbul. The room had everything needed for a week long stay, including a kitchenette (which we didn't use). Bonus points for the owner: he was so kind and helpful!
−As I mentioned, the hotel is situated near the busiest area, where the nightlife "happens" and bars are full of people. And "unexpectedly" in the weekend they were pretty loud. The building where the hotel is situated seems old and I guess there's not much to do to block the noise coming from outside, so probably bringing your own earplugs might be a good advice for future customers.

−We booked this two-bedroom accommodation for six people and contacted the property before arrival to confirm that both sofa beds would be opened and ready for sleeping. The property confirmed this in writing. However, when we arrived, one of the sofa beds could not be properly opened or used. We tried to open it, but the mechanism was not functioning properly, as shown in the photo. The room was extremely cramped for six people, and there would have been almost no space to move around with the sofa beds opened. The layout was also inconvenient, and there were many stairs, which were difficult for my parents. Reception was not continuously staffed. Because the accommodation was not suitable for our group, we checked out the following day and had to book another hotel. Despite having checked in and accessed the room, the reservation was later marked as a “no-show.” Booking.com later informed me that the property declined the refund request for the unused nights.

+В этом отеле было продуманно все до мелочей, подойдет для людей, которые иногда хотят сами приготовить себя еду , есть абсолютно все принадлежности для кухни, все чистое и ухоженное, есть обеденный стол. В ванной все было чисто, постель тоже была отличной. Месторасположение очень удобное и дойти близко до остановки Таксим и спуститься на набережную. В 1 минуте есть супермаркет Карфур и кафешки с приемлемыми ценами. Рекомендую этот отель.
