+I was pleasantly surprised about the breakfast because it was unlike any other breakfasts I have seen in hotels. I enjoyed the fact that you could create your own omelet. The tables in the breakfast area were good, minus the booth because it seemed like you sat really low. The location seemed a little sketchy to me but I loved there were many eating establishments within a walking distance and downtown along the river was enjoyable. Thank you for having the appliances as well as utensils in the room! It helped when we went out to eat to come back and eat in the room.
−I didn't like how the bed was facing the air conditioning unit because when it turned on, my husband and I were both cold. We have to turn the air up so it wouldn't come on as much. It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower to put our soap and/or washcloth.

−Two people entered the room on check out day.. without knocking .. the first time was the person cleaning .. I have no idea who the second one was or why she did .. I called the front desk to verify the time to check out earlier so we were surprised that happened. it made us very uncomfortable

+Room was amazing, better than anticipated, it was close to The Vibrant Mark... Walking distance and breakfast was better than most places.

+This place is so amazing. The lay out and the location made it so easy for me to attend a heart filled concert. The room was perfect. Lots of room and I felt welcomed here.
