−When I arrived at the property at 12:30 am after driving from SLC and was told that they never received my deposit even though I had a receipt of said deposit, I was told they had cancelled my booking. No email. No phone call. Nothing. And no room availability for my 4 day stay. Element and booking, if you are going to work together you need to do better. The front staff was not helpful and the manager was unable to help us. Highly recommend LaQuinta who welcomed us at 1:30 am and were welcoming and accommodating after our horrible experience.

−Wish that there were more options for breakfast. Also our room was right next to the laundry/ kitchen and it was noisy early in the morning and later in the evening.

+Sehr gepflegt, Pool sehr gut. Sehr große Zimmer. Frühstück könnte besser ausfallen aber typisch Motelstyle.
−In den Zimmer in den meisten Lagen kann man das Piepen des Fahrstuhls hören. Dies ist ziemlich nervig. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen in den Raum der ganz am Ende des Ganges Lag. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss liegen quasi direkt auf dem Parkplatz. Keine Privatsphäre.
