“Amazing stay. Superb customer service. Food items in Breakfast were so fresh and delicious.”
+Everything.
“Element is an elevated experience.”
+Element provides excellent service and a very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese were a great addition. The property is very eco friendly but will accommodate any needs the guests ask for. Chris the manager is very professional as is the staff. It was the ideal spot for an extended stay. My only concern is that an unleashed dog ran up to my table one morning. It was my understanding that Marriot has a policy that all dogs outside the guests' room must be on a leash at all times.
“Clean & Well Maintained”
+This hotel is a clean and well maintained property. The room I had was perfect for an extended stay- fridge, microwave, burners, dishwasher. It had a bedroom with a door that closed and a modest sitting area with a couch, work desk, and TV. The bed was comfortable with nice sheets. The AC worked great. Pillows were fresh. In the bathroom the towels were soft, water pressure was excellent, and plenty of hot water. The shampoo and soap smelled nice. There was a small gym that would let you maintain your fitness. There were also laundry facilities. You can walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods, restaurants, etc. There is also an ice cream shop in the corner of the building. The kids love it. This is an upper end Marriott Select/Longer Stay property.
“The staff were very interactive, friendly and made our staff pleasant”
+The location, convenience, cleanliness and staff are all a class act.
−The breakfast was okay

“Decent.”
+Decent property. Similar to a Courtyard. Breakfast ends at 09:30 (a bit early) and it is a "Courtyard:" style breakfast. Clean rooms with blackout shades.
“Exceptional Partnership Amid Evolving Plans”
+I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kelly Dean, Sales Manager at Element Basalt - Aspen, for the past two years in support of our group, The Snow League, and her professionalism and partnership have been exceptional. In our first year, we were still finding our footing as an organization, which resulted in frequent changes, often on a weekly basis. Throughout it all, Kelly remained consistently professional, highly responsive, and incredibly accommodating. When additional rooms were needed, she made the process seamless whenever availability allowed. She approached concessions thoughtfully and fairly, ensuring solutions aligned with the needs of both the group and the property. She was always communicative when challenges arose, which made a complex planning environment far more manageable. In our second year, we formalized our partnership with a contract. As is often the case in live event production, our staffing needs shifted, resulting in a reduction in room nights. We approached Kelly to explore options for adjusting the contract without incurring significant financial penalties. What happened next was something I have rarely, if ever, experienced in my career, she worked with
“Nice hotel, but a little far from slopes”
+Nice new hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was good. No daily parking fees.
−Kinda far from Snowmass and Aspen. More driving than I thought I would be doing and there aren't that many street lights on the road at night.
+Ausstattung war gut. Frühstück überraschend vielfältig.
−Kein täglicher Roomservice ist bei dem Preis inakzeptabel.
“Excellent hotel”
