“A comfortable stay in a friendly hotel”
+The person we spoke with the most was very welcoming and helpful, she checked us in quickly and efficiently and explained how everything worked. she provided us with a map of the city and let us know where nearby food establishments were. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the room wasn't too hot. I like the fact we could heat our own food in our rooms or the kitchenette provided if we wanted to, this was a lovely addition. there was enough parking, although some spaces wwer4e a little tricky to get into.
−It would have been good if we could have opened the window in the bedroom. The shower gave enough water to wash with but I found it difficult to move the shower head to my height, although my partner managed to move it when he had a shower. I also found I couldn't get it quite as hot as I like a shower to be. I felt that the bedside lights were extremely bright for bedside lights, but it was good that they had USB sockets available too.
“Really good for our short stay in Gloucester. Comfortable, clean and good value. Would definitely return next time.”
+Location. Staff. Breakfast. All very good. Rooms were clean and comfy.
+Lovely place, nice polite hosts, room was great, bed super comfy, will definitely stay again

“Easy to get to cathedral and also the rugby ground. Very quiet room”
+Good location near city centre, but quiet, especially at back of property. Easy access to the car park.
−Lots of stairs!

“Clean and tidy. Close to centre. Rads in rooms. Breakfast hit and miss.”
+Property was exceptionally clean and well located.
−I didn't like being pushed into paying upfront for three breakfasts the minute I arrived. I didn't know Monday at 2pm what kind of breakfast I wanted Thursday at 8am. Found that very disappointing.

“Für kurze Aufenthalte geeignete Unterkunft”
+Gute Betten; das Frühstück wurde auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet und schmeckte noch warm sehr gut (English-Breakfast). Interessante Bildergalerie (Portrait-Fotos).
−Veraltete, wenig leistungsfähige/effiziente Heizung, bzw.fusskalte Räume; es hat lange gedauert, bis Räume warm wurden, nicht in jedem Raum gab es eine Heizung.
