“A little piece of heaven, a must stay!”
+Staff were exceptional, really friendly and we were made to feel welcome. Our hut was perfect with a breathtaking view. Hotel is a little out the way but do not let this put you off booking this place as it’s worth it ♥️

+Everything! We immersed and felt so welcomed! When you are a nature lover, this is your spot. The waking of the birds and wildlife is fantastic. Ehole orchestra. When you arrange driver you go on outings and then coming back home in Edens is the best. There are plenty good restaurants in nearby town and amazing marshal art and barathatyam dance performances. Must visit too. You can arrange driver via hotel. They are super helpful with every step of the way. In the end they waved us in the street when we left, as if family..

“Enjoyable stay. Wish we had more time. Would love to come back”
+Location was awesome! The property is built in a very eco-sensitive way, without disturbing the surrounding topology. The rooms are built almost at tree-top level.
−Front desk was not manned when we checked out at 7:00 am. Fortunately, anticipating this , we had cleared all outstanding previous evening itself.
+Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait et le jardin est agréable.
−La piscine est très petite et il n'y a pas un seul transat. La chambre sentait fortement l’humidite. C'est assez loin de Munnar (1h).

+The location and the total ambience in general, especially the pool
−The food was below average, I spotted a few insects inside the room multiple times, basic toiletry set provided with very minimal things to be shared by a couple ( the quantity and quality), clean towels felt more unclean than the used ones. The staff were very helpful throughout the stay, and were happy to replace things we asked at first instance.

“Nádherné ubytování v Munnaru”
+Ubytování bylo nádherné, postavené v přírodě a s bazénem. Personál byl velmi ochotný. Jídlo bylo výborné.
−Večeře je podávaná později večer od 19:30. Pokud na vás přijde řada jako poslední, počkáte si nějakou dobu. Večeře ale byla vždy výborná. Ocenili bychom delší a dřívější čas na snídani. Mohla by být už od 7:30.

+Peaceful location and staff were very helpful.
−The bathrooms weren’t clean at all. The toilet was leaking urine into the bathroom which made the room stink (on top of the damp smell). The hotel was obviously aware of this as they tried to cover it us by turning off the toilet water supply. The bedding also had stains on in both rooms and the seals around the sinks were disgusting. It’s not worth the money, stay closer to Munnar.
