+We didnt have breakfast. Location is exellent.
−The Pool wasn't great ( Murky Green ) and the area was a little untidy. The bed was hard for my wifes liking.

+Fantastic view. Better on the top floor.
−The room had an overpowering scent from some or other cleansing agent. Paint blistering on the wall. Bare wires exposed by the door.
